Walk & Talk Therapy

If you prefer outside, walking and talking, or walking and sitting.....therapy is an alternative to working remotely or in a room setting.

This is weather permitting -  however even if it rains heavily, the therapy room is only 50 yards from Abbey Park, where sessions can be continued. Also available at Watersedge.

Life Coaching - Online or in-person at Pershore Town Hall or Watersedge

Initial fee of £130 for the first 2-hour session. Subsequent sessions for 1 hour at £60.

Remote Therapy/Life Coaching - Telephone / WhatsApp / Online

I would send an invite to join the therapy session remotely via Microsoft Teams for online.

Telephone or WhatsApp, I contact you at your session time.

For remote therapy, it's important to have a quiet, confidential space to work together.

Home Therapy - I come to you

I can travel to you, if you cannot get to Pershore, or remote therapy isn't suitable (up to around 15 miles of Pershore, WR10).

Home counselling is charged based on distance and travel time - please contact me for more information on cost.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How many sessions will I need for counselling psychotherapy or life coaching?

It could range from just a few sessions, to long term therapy. It's best to start weekly therapy sessions if possible. Once we can build on our relationship of trust, we discuss as we go along. It's totally up to you - weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc. Life happens; and maybe other longer lengths of time between therapy might suit you.

With life coaching, again this is flexible to allow time for you to work through your steps to success tasks that we agree together.

How does person-centred approach / integrative psychotherapy work?

There are many different types of counselling and psychotherapy.  Person-centred is just that - each session, you can discuss the same difficulty or problem, or a different one. In additon to person-centred, I can also offer elements of CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy). Working together through your issues and experiences. Reflection and support from me, so you are able to disclose what is troubling you, with no opinions or judgement.

No homework sheets or writing between sessions (unless you wish to try some CBT interventions or life coaching). Eventually you will discover your own ability, so that you can cope with current and future problems.

What can I help with?

With counselling psychotherapy, I can help with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief/bereavement, loss.

Life coaching is also available for specific issues, based on solution-focused steps to success.
